LUM is at the moment a small company. We work very hard and fast as possible to offer excellent quality pieces and provide the best service available.

Purchase Confirmation:

When Buying a LUM piece, please wait patiently for confirmation on your desired purchase. It will come with an estimate shipping date.

Exchange and Returns:

LUM has a NO RETURN policy in place. Due to sanitation and hygiene rules.

Any piece acquired from the site with a wrong size will be considered a final sale. No refund policy and no exchange or return policy will be in effect. Please choose your size with great detail (see size chart) and due diligence.

If your LUM piece by mistake arrived with any imperfection and not to the LUM quality standard. For example, wrongly threaded or damaged fabric. Every LUM costumer must notify the administration within 5 days from arrival date.

Manufacture

Please be aware at the moment of purchase that every LUM piece are handmade and take time to prepare.

Normal time is from two to four weeks approximately.

Shipping

Remember shipping time varies depending on the volume of purchased pieces. Thus affecting arrival date.

Shipping dates are Mondays and Saturday.

Product Care

We recommend the costumer to wash all LUM pieces with mild soap and cold water.

We recommend that all LUM pieces are hanged and air dried.

All LUM luminous pieces MUST BE washed with mild soap and cold water.

All LUM luminous pieces MUST BE hanged and air dried.

NO BLEACH!!!

This will ensure the LUM in the piece will be prolonged for a further period of time.
